Olen Jennings

Olen Eugene Jennings Sr. of Eugene died Jan. 12 of dementia. He was 76. No service is planned.

He was born March 17, 1932, in Little Rock, Ark., to Thomas and Vernie Jetton Jennings. He married Ethel Kulp in 1950 in California. She died Jan. 13, 1995.

He served in the Air Force and later worked as a dye press operator and union steward at American Can Co. in Oakland, Calif. He had lived in Lane County for two years.

Survivors include two sons, Olen Jr. of Eugene and Gary of Modesto, Calif.; a daughter, Kathy Reeves of Stockton, Calif.; a brother, Leon of Mississippi; and two grandchildren.
