Walter Sariti

A ceremony of the scattering of ashes will be held at noon Feb. 21 at Hendrick’s Bridge Wayside Park for Walter Frank Sariti of Eugene, who died Feb. 5 of complications of heart problems. He was 66. A gathering will follow the ceremony at Aunt Ding’s Restaurant in Walterville.

He was born May 2, 1942, in Scranton, Pa., to Walter and Ruth Wagner Sariti. Sariti attended Clarksummit High School in Clarksummit, Pa. He worked as a carpenter.

Survivors include three sons, Justin, Nathan and Eamon; a daughter, Shara Stallo; a brother, James; two sisters, Betty Kudrich and Mary Comerford; and three grandchildren.

Arrangements by Andreason’s Cremation & Burial Service in Springfield. Remembrances to the McKenzie-Willamette Heart Center Cardiology Intensive Care Unit.
