Scott Toler Sr.

Scott Jim Toler Sr. of Eugene died Feb. 16 of congestive heart failure. He was 71. A celebration of life will be held later.

He was born March 11, 1937, in Galena, Kan., to Robert and Nina Cullver Toler. He married Margaret Reynolds in 1961 in Reno, Nev.

He worked as an auto mechanic.

Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Tammie Aberle of Eugene; a son, Jim Jr. of Eugene; two sisters, Bessie McCabe and Leona Jones, both of Eugene; a brother, Virgil of Eugene; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
