Robert Eskue

Robert Dumont Eskue passed away April 25, 2009.  He was 73.

He was born September 25, 1935 in Ivanhoe, Texas to Rayford and Alma (Haggard) Eskue.  Bob married Irene Martin December 26, 1967 in Vancouver, Washington.

He had an Associates Degree in Forestry from Lane Community College and worked for a while with Georgia-Pacific and Giustina Brothers Lumber Co..  He also worked as a commercial fisherman, owned his own cedar shake business and had a lot of miles under his belt as  a long-haul trucker.

He is survived by a very warm and loving family:  by his dear wife, Irene; by sons Virgil, Shane and Shawn Martin; by his sister, Barbara Grout; and by ten ten treasured grandkids and two very, very special great-grandkids. 

He will be greatly missed.
