Tyler Sparks

Tyler William Dean Sparks of Eugene died April 26, 2009.  He was 20.

A private family service is planned.

He was born Feb. 18, 1989, in Eugene to Bill and Cathy Sparks.

Survivors include his parents; his grandparents, Boyd and Bev Wilson and Rita Sparks; and a sibling, Nathan Sparks of Springfield.

Arrangements by Andreason’s Cremation & Burial Service in Springfield.

Contributions in Tyler’s memory may be made to Doernbecher Children’s Hospital in Portland.
