FALL CREEK — A celebration of life will be held from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, May 31, at 42261 Winberry Creek Road in Fall Creek for Brad “Papa” La Marche of Fall Creek. He died May 26 of heart failure at age 55.

He was born Nov. 13, 1953, in San Diego to Wayne and Dorothy Richardson La Marche. He married Brenda Anderson on Aug. 20, 1986, in Paramount, Calif.

He attended Paramount High School, Long Beach City College and Lane Community College. He worked at a warehouse and as a karaoke “KJ”.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, Jonathan La Marche and Noah Bryce, both of Fall Creek; a daughter, Jessica Bryce Smith of Springfield; two siblings, Sherrie Mireles of Murrieta, Calif., and Chris La Marche of Florence; and three grandchildren.

Arrangements by Andreason’s Cremation & Burial Service in Springfield.

    My deep and sincere condolences to you and your family. Brad was my 1st cousin. His dad Wayne was the brother of my dad Robert.

    I remember a cross country trip with him, my family (Robert La Marche family) and Aunt Lorriane and Uncle Howard. I remember him as a kid and Brad, Sherrie and Chris use to come spend Christmas eve with us and we all just seem to fall out of touch.
