Wayne Ramsey

SPRINGFIELD — Wayne Ray Ramsey of Springfield died July 4 of drowning at age 66. No service is planned.

He was born Feb. 11, 1943, to Lloyd and Kathleen Hazey Ramsey.

He served in the U.S. Army and worked at mills in Oregon and Connecticut.

Survivors include a daughter, Kathleen Ramsey-­Allen of Eugene; and five grandchildren.

Arrangements by An-dreason’s Cremation & Burial Service in Springfield. Remembrances to the VA Medical Center in Roseburg.
