Flo Miller

A celebration of life will be held at at 4 p.m. Friday, Oct. 30, at the Brownsville Christian Church for Flo C. Miller of Springfield, who died Aug. 18 of heart failure. She was 75.

She was born Oct. 30, 1933, in White Salmon, Wash., to Bert and Hazel Marsh Smith.

She owned and operated Wide Load Escort Service throughout the West until her retirement in 2007.

Survivors include a son, Steven DeHaan of Forest Grove; two daughters, Delores Turner of Marysville, Wash., and Charlene York of Nashville, Tenn.; two sisters, Phyllis Bonnilli of South Carolina and Dawn Allison of Portland; a brother, Billy McDermott of Glendale; and seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. A son, Bradley Rohrscheib, died previously.
