Rick Rider

A celebration of life will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, October 31, at Goodfellas Lounge in Springfield for Rick Rider of Springfield who died October 22nd of a heart attack. He was 47.

He was born February 23, 1962, in Eugene, to Ernie and Elva Pearson Rider.  He and life partner Kasi Chase were together for four years.

Rick worked in carpentry, welding, tattooing and various forms of art and rustic design.

He is survived by Kasi; by Ernie Rider (his father); Nicholas Rider (son) and Crystal Rider (daughter); and by two brothers, two sisters and two grandkids.

Arrangements by Andreason’s Cremation & Burial Service in Springfield. Remembrances to a memorial account in the name of Richard Rider at the Register-Guard Federal Credit Union in Springfield.
