“J.T.” Brown

A celebration of life will be held at 3:30 p.m. March 13 at Grace Community Fellowship in Eugene for Tim “J.T.” Brown of Eugene, who died Feb. 28 of cancer. He was 57.

He was born Dec. 9, 1952, in Cavalier, N.D., to John and Mavis Falkenberry Brown.

He served in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Vietnam era. He was a logger and worked in construction.

Survivors include six sisters, Beth Brown of Elmira, Mary Ellis of Junction City, Jackie Kamahoahoa of Oregon City, Linda Brown and Fran McCoy, both of Eugene, and Cindy Inouye of Ketchikan, Alaska; and two brothers, Chester and Terry, both of Eugene.
