On February 23rd, 2026, Carlene Anne SanMartin entered into the presence of the Lord surrounded by loved ones. Carlene was born to George and Charmaine Meyers on October 18th 1946 in Eugene Oregon.

She is survived by her husband Rudy SanMartin, children Monte Dodgen and Carine Jeffery (Bobby Jeffery), grandchildren Patsey Line, Elijah Jeffery and Isaiah Jeffery, great grandchildren Hayden Line and Kizzie Line and her loving nephews, nieces and cousins.

She is preceded in death by her brother Gregory Meyers and son Jay Dodgen.

Carlene was raised in Oregon living in Joseph, Canyonville, and Yoncalla. She worked as a beautician for most of her life, 45+ years of which were in Brownsville. Carlene and Rudy met and married in Yoncalla. They moved to and settled in Brownsville Oregon to raise their daughter Carine. They both started their own businesses Rudy in construction, and Carlene with a salon Hair Care. For over 40 years she enjoyed making people feel and look good while sharing encouraging words behind her beauty chair. Her grandchildren were the light of her life and she cherished being a grandmother.

Carlene was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She was very active in her church worship team as the drummer for many years. She loved this opportunity and was blessed to bring a joyful sound to people's ears and hearts.

She will be greatly missed.
