On September 12, 2024 Frances "Frankie" L. Stephens was called home to be with God.
She was the second of five children born to Frank and Dorothy Kushlan in Caldwell, ID on August 31, 1936. She was 88 years old.
She is survived by her husband if 68 years, Gordon; three sons, Clint (Cindy) of Rainier WA, Russ (Vivian) of Springfield, OR, Donnie (Sherry) of LaPine, OR; two daughters, Amy Stephens of Marcola, OR, and Lisa (Mark) Johnson of Sweet Home, OR, a brother Phil (Diane) Kushlan of Boise, ID; 15 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren, and one nephew, Andrew (Suzy) VanHoy of Cincinnati, OH.
She was preceded in death by twin daughters Loretta & Rebecca; her parents, brothers Jack and Donnie, and sister Pat.
