It is with heavy hearts that our family announces the passing of Kay Louise Dimond (Oberg), age 80, on March 27, 2026.

Kay was born on April 20, 1945, in Eugene, Oregon, to Harry and Cora Oberg. She graduated from Junction City High School and, in 1963, married Joseph Dimond. Together they made their home in Junction City, where she devoted herself to raising her family.

In addition to caring for her loved ones, Kay worked at Whittier Wood Products for 21 years during the 1980s and 1990s. She was known for her dedication, kindness, and the deep love she had for her family.

Kay is survived by her children, Bill, Kimberly, Dylan, and Karrma; her siblings, David and Marilyn; her grandchildren, Savanna, Shane, Forest, and Morgan; and her great-grandchildren, Lilly, Bonnie, Charlotte, and Levi.

She was deeply loved and will be greatly missed.
