LINDA ROTH-ATWOOD-JAMES

Linda was born Oct 3, 1935, in Del Norte County, California. Her father, Carl Christian Roth and her mother, Isolina Sarina-Roth were from Switzerland. She had 3 sisters, Mary, Norma, and Helen. She married Benjamin Ray Atwood in 1954 in Los Cruces, New Mexico. They had 3 children, Arleen, Robert and Richard Atwood. They were divorced in 1974. In October of 1974 She Married Ralph James, a marriage that lasted almost 51 years.

She worked as a bookkeeper at Ben’s gas stations, a salesclerk at Knickerbockers in Cottage Grove, Montgomery Wards and retired from JC Penny in 2012.

She was a loving Mother and Wife. She had 10 grandchildren and 11 great grand-children.

She passed away on July 31st, 2025, at 89 Years old.
