Mark Crabtree

Mark Antone Crabtree was born in Eugene, Oregon on November 15, 1956 to Wayne and Marian Crabtree. He passed away in his home on October 2, 2025.

Mark attended Silver Lea Elementary School, Colin Kelly Junior High and North Eugene High School. He was an accomplished artist whose work reflected his gift of creativity. He was especially proud of the beautiful custom lighter cases he made and sold at the Saturday Market in Eugene. Mark found joy in life’s simple pleasures—riding his bike through town and on trails, casting a line in his favorite fishing spots, and spending time with those he loved most.

Mark is survived by his brother, Eric Crabtree (Cindy), and his sisters, Kim Temple (Bill) and Kelly Crabtree, and many nephews, nieces and cousins. To his family and friends, he will always be remembered for his generous heart.

Though he has left this world, Mark’s spirit lives on in the art he created, the streams and rivers he fished and the memories he shared.
