Nick, age 68 of Creswell Oregon passed away with his loving wife Janie and devoted son Nyjah by his side.
Nick is survived by his son Nicholas Tennis of Salinas Ca., Mother Mary Kaye Mefford and sister Amy Hoffman of Cottage Grove Oregon, 3 nieces and 5 grandchildren and many foster children. Nick enjoyed fishing, farming, and camping with his many friends.
