On Sunday May 31, 2026, our mom Patricia Noel Tapp went to be with her Lord and Savior. She was born on 12/25/1940 in Wellington, Kansas. Yep Christmas Day.

She was a fun-loving mom, when she wasn’t entertaining us with stories of growing up on a Kansas wheat farm (including her cocker spaniel puppies, pet raccoon Betsy, horse Flicka and pranks with frogs) she was driving us girls to every adventure she could come up with.

She is preceded in death by her parents Clark and Ellen Noble of Wellington, Ks., sister Mary Louise Noble of Alvadore, Or. and daughter-in-law Cris Hatch of Dallas, Tx. She is survived by her daughter Crystal Tapp of Eugene Or. Her daughter Sherry Harris and husband Robbie Harris of Moscow Tx. Her grandsons Andrew Harris of Moscow, Tx and Brady Harris of Fort Worth, Tx.
