Rachel passed away at OHVI in Springfield on 4/29/2025. She was born on 10/8/1939 in Poynor, MO to Orville & Hazel (Walker) Towell. She grew up in CA with her parents and sisters (Georgia, Dee, Ava, & Jeri). Married Jim Barto in 1959. Mother of Charlotte (Stuart), and Ben. Moved to OR in 1964. Grandmother of Benjamin (Lisa) and Nicki. Preceded in death by her parents, sisters Georgia and Dee, husband, and son Ben.
Her spunk, spirit, and love will be greatly missed. May she live on in our hearts forever.
