Ruth Louise Piper, age 88, of Springfield, Oregon passed away at the Creswell Pose Acute Care Facility in Creswell, Oregon on December 1, 2025.

Ruth was born in Eugene, OR on January 17, 1937, to John Madgen and Edna Cameron. Ruth was the youngest of five sisters and one brother. Her parents and her brother and sisters preceded her in death. In her youth, Ruth was a roller-skating champion, winning numerous trophies. Ruth loved bowling and won numerous bowling awards and trophies.

Ruth is survived by three daughters, Rhonda, Robin (David), and Rachelle (Aaron). One son; Randy, preceded her in death. Ruth was blessed with 11 grandchildren and many great grandchildren. No services are planned.
